Fixed the substract (59.999) error in the time adjuster tool.

Note: "Saving As Same..."-menu doesn't work yet!

"Split Subtitles" form added, will be updated to adjust the time of the second part on split...
Time Adjuster tool updated. You can't substract more time then the first subtitle start time anymore...
Menu items updated.
Some errors fixes.

Note: "There is a bug in subtracting time in the time adjuster tool, will be fixed on next release!

Preferences form added. Only 2 settings to save but it's a start...
Checks automaticly for updates on start, you can disable this in the preferences form.
